Gallant Design provides architectural design services and land use identification for Residential Development projects. Our services include, but are not limited to, concept designs, feasibility assessments, and architectural drawings. These services are offered subject to the scope outlined in the project agreement or quote provided to the client.

3. Payment Terms

• All fees for our services are as outlined in the quote provided to the client.
• Payment schedules, deposits, and due dates will be clearly specified in the quote.
• Failure to make payments on time may result in project delays, suspension, or termination of services.
• No work will commence until the agreed-upon deposit is received.
• Additional work outside the agreed scope will be subject to additional charges.

4. Intellectual Property

• Gallant Design retains copyright and ownership over all architectural designs, plans, and drawings created by us, including those provided to clients.
• Clients receive a license to use the designs only for the specific project they were created for. The designs cannot be reproduced, resold, or modified without our written consent.
• Unauthorized use of our designs may result in legal action.

5. Limitations of Liability

• Gallant Design provides design services based on the information available at the time of engagement. We do not guarantee any specific project outcome, approval from local councils, or compliance with future regulatory changes.
• We are not responsible for project delays arising from third parties, including councils, builders, contractors, or other external factors.
• We do not assume liability for construction defects, errors in execution by third-party contractors, or any structural, material, or safety issues arising from the implementation of our designs.
• We do not provide engineering, surveying, or legal consultation services. Clients are responsible for obtaining independent advice where required.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely information to facilitate the design process.
• Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary approvals, permits, and regulatory compliance required for their projects.
• Clients are required to review and approve designs before further work or implementation begins. Any requested changes may incur additional fees.

7. Privacy and Data Collection

• We collect and process personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy (available on our website).
• Data collected may include contact details, project details, and technical data through cookies and analytics tools.
• By using our website or services, you agree to the collection and use of your information in compliance with Australian privacy laws.

8. Website Use
